Refund Policy

1. Registration Fee

Participation in an EaglesConnect Business Excellence Forum requires the registration fee shown for that meetup (published in our Events schedule and registration form), payable at the time of registration unless otherwise communicated for a specific event.

2. Cancellation by You

• 48 hours or more before the event: Full refund minus applicable payment gateway charges, or a free transfer to a future EaglesConnect meetup.
• Less than 48 hours before the event: Registration fee is non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to a colleague or request a one-time transfer to a future forum, subject to availability.
• No-show: If you do not attend without prior notice, the registration fee is forfeited.

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

If Earning Eagles cancels or postpones an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to the rescheduled date or another upcoming forum, at your preference.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. GST & Processing Charges

GST is charged as applicable by law and is non-refundable where already remitted. Payment gateway processing charges, if any, will be deducted from refunds as applicable.
